DECLARATION John. F. Kennedy, I believe the truth. It's not just rhetoric, but it has been proven in my life journey. Total failure that was the beginning of my business career. In late 1981, I was dissatisfied with the pattern of a boring lecture. I am desperate to leave campus life. In 1982, I then started his coaching business Primagama test, which later turned into Primagama Tutoring Institute.
I run the business by falling up. From the beginning a very quiet enthusiasts - just two people - devotees are booming up until Primagama can open branches in hundreds of cities, and became the largest tutoring agencies in Indonesia.
In social life, is that failure is a word that is not so good to hear. Failure is not something desirable, and an event that not everyone wants it. We can not deny us, which obviously is still rather see a successful person from the view of people who fail, do not even like people who failed.
So, if you're an entrepreneur who failed in business, then do not expect people to praise you. Do not expect all those around you and your relationships will understand why you fail.
Do not expect you not to blame. Do not expect too all remained friends around you. Do not expect you will get moral support from other friends. Do not expect too there are people who will lend money for temporary assistance. Do not expect banks will lend to the next.
Why do I paints a picture that was so bad for an entrepreneur who fails? That's how our society tends to praise a successful and victorious. Conversely, the losing and failing to blaspheme. We should change the culture like that, and give opportunity to every person on the second opportunity.
In my experience, when people fail, then there is no point in depressed and thinking about his failures. But the need to find the cause. And in fact we should be more challenged again with the effort that we are living the experience failure. I myself prefer to use the failures or negative experiences to discover new strengths in order to achieve success again.

Why is that? Because during this time many people make the same mistake, with regard failure as the enemy of success. On the contrary, we should regard this failure can bring results. Remember, we must be sure to find success in the late failure.
There are several causes of failure itself. First, we often judge ourselves too low capacity. Second, every act, we are often influenced by myths that emerged in the society around us. Third, we are usually too "melancholy" and likes to convict themselves beforehand, that we are born with bad luck. Fourth, we tend to still have the attitude, not willing or do not want to know where we should start a business again.
By knowing the causes of failure, it would make us confident to be able to cope. When we experience nine out of ten things we do meet with failure, then it should kia work ten times harder. By having that kind of attitude and thinking, it will still make us as being an entrepreneur who is always optimistic about the future. So, should not we like to measure an entrepreneur by counting how many times he falls. But the measure, how many times he rose again.
